XAPAVIR LT TABLET is a combination of Dolutegravir, Lamivudine, and Tenofovir which belongs to the group of medicines called Antiretroviral drugs. It is used to manage HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) infection. HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) is a virus that attacks cells that help the body fight infection, making a person more vulnerable to other infections and diseases. As the virus destroys and impairs the function of immune cells, infected individuals gradually become immunodeficient, and reach the most advanced stage of HIV infection called Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS). It may present with the symptoms of any other infection like fever, throat pain, extreme tiredness, weight loss, muscle pain. During the course of the management your doctor might take regular blood tests to avoid any unwanted side effects. Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking XAPAVIR LT TABLET as it may cause bone problems. Consult your doctor before taking.

Trioday tablet contains the active substance called efavirenz, lamivudine, tenofovir disoproxil Fumarate. Efavirenz is an antiretroviral family in the class of medications called non nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs). Lamivudine and tenofovir disoproxil Fumarate is an antiretroviral or antiviral medicine belonging to the class of medications called nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTI). Do not take trioday tablet if you are allergic to efavirenz, lamivudine, tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, or its other medical ingredients. Patients diagnosed with pancreatitis or at risk of pancreatitis should take this combination of medicine cautiously. During this treatment, your doctor may periodically monitor your blood counts, bone mineral density, and liver and kidney parameters to prevent serious complications. Report to your doctor if you have or had a history of heart failure (QT prolongation), seizures, mental health issues, pancreatitis (inflammation in the pancreas), bone disease (osteonecrosis - the death of bone tissue), fractures, liver (chronic hepatitis B or C), or kidney problems. Inform your doctor if you are planning to get pregnant or think you may be pregnant. Breastfeeding is not recommended while taking a this tablet, due to the potential transmission of HIV from the mother to the baby.

Kocitaf Tablet contains the active ingredient Kocitaf Tablet. It is a combination of antiretroviral medication. Dolutegravir belongs to a class of antiretroviral drugs called integrase strand transfer inhibitors (INSTIs). Emtricitabine belongs to the class of medication called nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI), and tenofovir alafenamide belongs to the class called nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NtRTI). It is combined with other medicines to treat human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) infection in adults and adolescents 12 years of age who weigh at least 35kg. The combination is available as a single tablet regimen, simplifying treatment by reducing the number of pills a person must take daily. This convenience improves medication adherence, ensuring individuals can consistently take their prescribed medication as scheduled. Do not take Kocitaf Tablet if anyone is allergic to it or its components. Get tested for HIV infection regularly while using this medicine. Missing a dose increases the risk of getting HIV infection. This medicine does not prevent other sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Patients should inform the physician if they have liver problems or liver disease, including hepatitis, kidney, and bone problems. This medication is not recommended to give in to children aged 11 years or under.
