Trioday tablet contains the active substance called efavirenz, lamivudine, tenofovir disoproxil Fumarate. Efavirenz is an antiretroviral family in the class of medications called non nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs). Lamivudine and tenofovir disoproxil Fumarate is an antiretroviral or antiviral medicine belonging to the class of medications called nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTI). Do not take trioday tablet if you are allergic to efavirenz, lamivudine, tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, or its other medical ingredients. Patients diagnosed with pancreatitis or at risk of pancreatitis should take this combination of medicine cautiously. During this treatment, your doctor may periodically monitor your blood counts, bone mineral density, and liver and kidney parameters to prevent serious complications. Report to your doctor if you have or had a history of heart failure (QT prolongation), seizures, mental health issues, pancreatitis (inflammation in the pancreas), bone disease (osteonecrosis - the death of bone tissue), fractures, liver (chronic hepatitis B or C), or kidney problems. Inform your doctor if you are planning to get pregnant or think you may be pregnant. Breastfeeding is not recommended while taking a this tablet, due to the potential transmission of HIV from the mother to the baby.

Dolutegravir belongs to a class of antiretroviral drugs called integrase strand transfer inhibitors (INSTIs). Emtricitabine belongs to the class of medication called nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI), and tenofovir alafenamide belongs to the class called nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NtRTI). The combination is available as a single tablet regimen, simplifying treatment by reducing the number of pills a person must take daily. Do not take Kocitaf Tablet if anyone is allergic to it or its components. Get tested for HIV infection regularly while using this medicine. Missing a dose increases the risk of getting HIV infection. This medicine does not prevent other sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Patients should inform the physician if they have liver problems or liver disease, including hepatitis, kidney, and bone problems. This medication is not recommended to give in to children aged 11 years or under.
